Gratitude Tuesday

I start with my gratitude for the awesome friends & fans at TWO incredible Hampton Beach shows this weekend. 

I will start this by saying that the Adventures of Bandana Man, for me, come in many forms. They used to come monthly/weekly & now they’ve gone from that to daily and, at times, hourly. There are many things that constitute an adventure and, better yet, how we embrace them. For example, last week, while having one of the best hiking/mountain biking adventures, I ended up in an emergency room for a CT scan/bloodwork/EKG and so on. The results were interesting. However, I met great medical staff in Virginia and what we thought was one thing helped me to discover many other things that I will work to improve which will continue to make me the healthiest/unhealthy guy from the 80s lol 

And as the adventure continues, I arrived home for the fire near my home in Southen California (wishing the best to all who have been affected). 

I choose to remain Unbroken with a victorious warrior spirit. Mind over matter has gotten me through many things, combined with the grace of God, good medical attention, family, friends and fans. I just keep continuing to rock the world and I will keep you updated. At the moment, the Live & Amplified Tour will rock on giving 1000% and I’ll see you all this Memorial Day Weekend in Atlantic City and West Virginia!
