Motivational Monday for Labor Day

Took a moment to visit my father’s memorial and want to dedicate this #MotivationalMonday on #LaborDay to all the hard-working men and women that keep the rocking world going round, and especially to my Mom and Dad who taught Michele, Nicole and myself the perfect balance between working hard & playing hard, between having fun but getting it done and always treating others with the same respect that you want to be treated with. It’s a balance, but when you get it right, it rocks!
