Soulful Sunday

On this Soulful Sunday, as we kick off the first day of November, I’m continuing on my Road to Recovery and celebrating with my eldest daughter, Raine. I drove up to meet her, and we drove & hiked through the mountains of New Jersey, New York & Pennsylvania. I also found one of my favorite pictures of my youngest daughter, Jorja, with us smiling & having fun in the fall…

My good friend Frankie is making the sauce in preparation for the Steelers game versus the Browns for the backyard brawl, and finishing a hike to the top of a Central Pennsylvania mountain is really helping me with the recent heart surgery.

Tomorrow, lots to talk about as we celebrate the kickoff of Diabetes Awareness Month in November…but for today, we celebrate nothing but love & awesomeness for all my family, friends & fans.
