Motivational Monday

Good morning, my friends, on this Motivational Monday. Congratulations to all the incredible football players enshrined into the  Pro Football Hall of Fame this weekend! And wishing an incredible Happy Birthday to my brother Pete Evick.

I realized a long time ago that the harder I worked, the luckier I got. The more time I put in and the more I paid my dues, the more I got out of it. You can dream all you want, but eventually you’ve gotta put in the work. You’ve gotta pay your dues and find a way to have fun but get it done. I’ve learned you’ve gotta start at ground level and build it brick by brick, so you know where to fix it if it cracks.

In order to get to the fun of racing the go karts, you’ve gotta fix the track. In order to play basketball, you’ve gotta take care of the court. And yes, I like getting my hands & boots dirty. I love it. It’s a big part of my Pennsylvania upbringing. I’ve learned to enjoy the wins, embrace the losses and, most importantly, know how to stand strong, rock on & remain Unbroken.
