From A Record-Breaking Show To Helping Friends in Central PA

On this #MotivationalMonday, I am grateful to have spent the Fourth of July in Charleston, West Virginia with family, friends and fans, rocking the river at the Sternwheel Regatta to a record-breaking crowd of some of the most awesome people, many of whom I got to meet right before & after the show, while honoring our veterans, hometown heroes & musicians and watching one of the biggest fireworks shows I’ve ever seen.

But immediately following the show, I heard we had horrific storms & downed trees in Central Pennsylvania, and rather than wait until the morning, several of my BMB band & crew and I drove through the night to join some of my Central Pennsylvania family and help them remove downed trees from their houses and property, knowing they would’ve done the same for me. That’s what friendship is: having each other’s backs.

From rocking the big stage to removing big trees with no sleep lol… I was happy to do both. Such is the incredible balance of life.
