Motivational Monday

Good morning my friends on this Motivational Monday. First l, I would like to start with a big sports fanatic congratulations to the New York Knicks on their NBA championship, and to the Carolina Hurricanes on their Stanley Cup victory, as all sports & the motivation they bring  have played a key part in my motivation in all aspects of my diabetic life.

And to both the awesome cities & fans of Columbus, Ohio and Rapid City, South Dakota (in which I’ve ridden through many times on my Harley while performing at the Sturgis rally almost yearly) and to the incredible Monument Health Foundation, as I was challenged to break the fundraising record along with all the great folks involved, and we did, benefiting the Children’s Miracle Network and honoring our veterans & hometown heroes!  

And although I’ve had a recent less than reputable CT scan (more information forthcoming in the next few weeks), I will be giving 100% on stage having nothing but a good time in Del Mar, California at the San Diego County Fair with my friends Night Ranger and back in Eau Clair, Wisconsin with STYX & my Mom Gypsy and my stepdad & veteran Wisconsin Bob.
