When paying by PayPal, you have the option of paying by credit card, electronic check or PayPal balance. We strongly recommend that you do not choose the PAYPAL payment option, but choose the CHECK payment option and enter code 1616.

We do not always get the orders in Miva from the PAYPAL payment option.

The pay by PayPal the recommended way:

Select your items. Choose the CHECK payment option at CheckOut. Enter all the required information, using 1616 as the check number.
Log into your PayPal account and choose the SEND MONEY option. Our e-mail address for all PayPal orders is paypal @ bretmichaels.com [remove the spaces].
Enter the total from your invoice and include your order information in the comments field. Make sure that your shipping address is included.

We will match up the receipts and ship your order when that batch of orders in processed.

We we will be eliminating the PayPal option through the Miva store and creating a separate PayPal only store to hopefully fix all of the PayPal problems we have had since accepting the payment format. Look for the new PayPal only store in mid-2007.

Please note that although your payment is debited to your account as soon as it clears, it may take 4 - 6 weeks to process and ship. Please see the General Store Information Page for more information.
