ABOUT THE AUCTION
Bretmichaels.com Auction is your chance to own a piece of Bret Michaels' personal and/or professional life. This is the official Bret Michaels auction. All items will come with a certificate of authenticity.

THE RULES/USER AGREEMENT:
1. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PAY FOR THE ITEM. Failure to pay will result in you being prohibited from participating in future auctions.

2. You must read and agree to the Auction User Agreement prior to participating.

3. You may not participate if you are under 18 years of age.

4. At the close of auction you will receive an automatic e-mail from the auction software. You will receive a more detailed notice from MEGI with all of the payment and shipping options available to you within 3 to 5 days after the first notice. When you receive that second notice, you must respond in accordance to the information in the notice, usually 3 days. If we do not hear from you, the item will be auctioned off again at a later date.

5. Once payment arrangements have been made, you are required to make the payments within the scheduled time frame. Failure to do so will result in you not receiving the item. As of this auction, we will not make any attempts to get the payment after the due date. If we don't receive the payment by the due date, or if the payment schedule agreed upon by MEGI is not kept on track, the item will be forfeited and no payments returned.

6. YOU MAY ONLY BID ON ONE ITEM AT A TIME. We auction only a small number of items off at a time. You may not use other aliases to bid for or pay for multiple items in a single auction. This means that if there are five items up, started on five different days, you may only bid on one item while all the auctions are open. Start and End dates are irrelevant to this rule.

General Compliance with Laws:
You shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our service and your bidding on, purchase and sale of items. If an auction ends and the minimum price has not been met, both the seller and the high bidder are released from any further obligation to complete the transaction. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within California between California residents. Both parties submit to jurisdiction in California and further agree that any cause of action arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in a court in, California. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof.
