2 - All online transactions at bretmichaels.com are secure. Our
store and our credit card service are both on secure servers.
3 - Credit cards accepted are Visa®, MasterCard® and Discover®
only. (Note: Poorboy Records will appear on your credit card statement.)
Online orders are charged at the time of order. Credit cards are also
accepted via snail mail using our Order Form. Mailed in Credit Card orders
are charged prior to shipping.
*NEW INFO* Check, Money Order and PayPal
Orders: You can use the store to place orders that you will pay for by
check, money order or PayPal. For each of these options we request that
you select the CHECK PAYMENT option. When asked for the check number enter
the code that corresponds with your payment choice: Check = 33 (or check
number); Money Order = 1313; PayPal = 1616.
PayPal orders should be sent to paypal@bretmichaels.com,
and you should include all of your information.
Checks
and Money Orders must be made payable to BMIFC and in
US Funds only. See Number 7 below or your receipt for the address.
4 - All orders normally take anywhere from four to six weeks from receipt
of payment for delivery. During a tour and holiday seasons
expect delays of a minimum of two to four weeks. (Note: Tour delays
include pre-tour preparations and post-tour business wrap-up as well.)
5 - All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service®. For USA
addresses, Delivery Confirmation will be used and where available you
will get an email notification from USPS.com when we ship your order(s).
Please be sure to include complete and accurate information
for all orders. Make sure that you include: street number, name
and suffix; secondary unit designators is needed (apt, unit, upper, lower);
city; state; zip code (5 or 9 digits). Also remember that the Post Office
is not obligated to deliver items for individuals not registered as a
recipient at your PO Box or home address. If you will be receiving
an item for someone, please include the "c/o" line with your
name.

- Billing Address: All credit card orders are authenitcated using an Address
Verification System or AVS supplied by our credit card processing service.
When entering your billing address in our store your order will
not be approved if that address does not match what the AVS system has
for the address you receive your credit card statement at. If you
experience continued problems with the system, please check with your
bank or choose the check payment option and send a check or money order
with the invoice.
7 - All order inquiries should be sent via email or snail mail only.
There is no phone number for the fan club.

You must include all of your information
including invoice number, payment method, your name and address when writing
to us.
8 - Shipping fees are built into each item's price. All orders are
subject to a handling fee which will vary by country. Please
take note of handling fees as USA is NOT the default choice!
9 - Fan club memberships are processed and shipped separately from merchandise
orders and usually take an additional one to two weeks longer.
Return/Refund Policy
All BMIFC/BretMichaels.com orders are shipped via the US Postal Service.
Occasionally some items will arrive damaged to your mail box. Please review
the below return policy for information on what to do if your item is
damaged, etc.

- Immediately contact the BMIFC to report the damage. You will be given
return instructions. Returns should not be made without contacting the
BMIFC.
2 - Returns must include a note as to what the problem is and what action
you would like taken.
3 - Once opened, CDs and videos may not be returned for refund. They will
be replaced for defects in manufacturing or an item of equal value will
be sent in return. Note: Billboard Live videos do not come sealed, and
will only be replaced if they are damaged in shipping or there is a defect
in manufacturing.

- Refunds will be issued for unopened items only with prior approval of
the staff.

- Refunds for membership fees will not be made once the welcome packet
or renewal packet has been mailed. If you do not receive the newsletters,
please contact us for replacements. Refunds are not issued based on the
fact that you did not meet Bret.
6 - Problems with received orders should be reported within 2 weeks
of receipt.
7 - Unreceived orders should be reported after 10 weeks. Some orders
may take up to 8 weeks to be processed and shipped. Please also check
the web site for order and product updates and information.

- The BMIFC is not responsible for items not purchased through us. Please
contact the vendor/store you purchased the item from with any questions
or problems.
